What will you do?

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap - turn vision into direction, priorities, and actionable steps.
• Connect product and business goals - ensure every decision drives growth and long-term company value.
• Lead development and prioritization - together with the Product Owner, decide what to build, when, and why.
• Monetization & pricing - define strategies, optimize the subscription model, and explore new revenue streams (cross-sell, factoring, payments).
• Product-led growth - build growth through the product itself: onboarding, conversion, retention, referrals, experiments, A/B testing.
• Collaborate with marketing - align messaging, acquisition, and product into one unified growth strategy.
• Use data to drive decisions - interpret key metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn) and act on insights.

• An experienced product leader (4+ years) with a strong track record in SaaS or mobile apps.
• You think business-first - you know a product’s purpose is to drive growth, not just features.
• You can turn vision into reality and keep focus even in tough decisions.
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills - you can guide, inspire, and align your team.
• You understand growth principles, monetization, and data.
• You combine vision, analytical thinking, and a sense for simplicity.
• Fluent English is a must.
