Customer Support & AI Process Specialist

At Billdu, we are looking for someone who can combine customer support, technical thinking, and the motivation to improve things through automation. Our customers are small business owners from all over the world, and you will be one of the people helping them, solving their problems, and taking our support processes to the next level.
What will you do?
Help customers
You will answer customer questions and solve their issues via chat and email in English.Understand technical issues
You will be able to check logs, identify bugs, and distinguish between what you can solve on your own and what needs to be passed on to developers or QA.Improve and automate support processes
You will look for ways to make support more efficient, reduce manual work, and bring AI tools and automation into the process.Fine tune AI and the chatbot
You will work with Intercom and help set up automations and the chatbot so that answers are as accurate, useful, and close to real human communication as possible.Collaborate with other teams
You will prepare clear and understandable inputs for developers and QA, test features, and help identify weak spots in both the product and our processes.Build the knowledge base and improve the customer experience
You will monitor recurring questions, update FAQs, and suggest improvements that help both our customers and our team.Be the voice of the customer
You will collect feedback from users and bring it back to the team so that we can better understand their needs.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who already has experience in customer support and also enjoys the technical and process side of things.
On top of that, you should have:
experience with customer support, ideally in IT, SaaS, or another digital product
English at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
the ability to understand basic technical context and work with logs, bugs, or tickets
experience with tools such as Intercom, Jira, Trello, or similar, or the motivation to learn quickly
experience with AI, automation, and process improvement
proactivity, independence, and the drive to look for better solutions
empathy, patience, and the ability to explain things simply and clearly
